Purchases can be made both by registering as a user and without registering.

It is very easy and quick to make purchases without registering. Select suitable products and add to cart. If you have added the product to the shopping cart, it does not oblige you to buy it yet, but it is worth noting that until the order is confirmed, the product is also available to other users. To register, click the Register link in the page header. There, fill in the necessary fields marked with an asterisk. If the registration was successful, a corresponding message will be sent to the e-mail address you entered. Next, everything happens as in the case of ordering without registration, but the advantage is that there is no need to enter a separate address and other data the next time, they are already there. DELIVERY

Depending on the cost of the selected method, the delivery fee is added to the amount of the goods when placing the order. The goods in stock will reach you within 30 days after ordering the goods and paying for them. The final delivery time depends on the chosen mode of transport and the destination country. If the total amount of the order exceeds €59, the purchased goods will be delivered free of charge within Estonia, except some electronics.

 

SmartPOST parcel machine: €2.89

 

A very convenient and simple delivery method, where the package arrives at the SmartPOSTI parcel machine of your choice. Vending machines are located in major shopping centers across Estonia, and you will be notified of the package's arrival via SMS to the phone number you provided when making the purchase. If you want to pay a part of the purchase amount when you receive the package at the SmartPOST parcel machine, a payment processing fee of 1.95 euros will be added

 

Omniva parcel machine: €2.89

 

A very convenient and simple delivery method, where the package arrives at the Omniva parcel machine of your choice. Omniva parcel machines are always open and located in easily accessible places, and you will be notified of the arrival of the parcel by SMS to the phone number you provided when making the purchase. If you want to pay part of the purchase amount when you receive the package at Eesti Post's parcel machine, a payment processing fee of EUR 1.95 will be added. Always order your e-shopping at the Omniva parcel machine, because that's the only way you'll receive your parcel quickly and exactly when you have time for it.

 

Courier: €4.99, except some electronics.

 

Service with flexible delivery conditions all over Estonia. You will be called in advance and a suitable day and time slot for delivery will be agreed upon. The courier delivers goods only on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m

 

Courier outside Estonia: €19.20

 

Initially, we deliver the goods by courier only in the Republic of Finland. The price applies to shipments with a base. Prices for smaller shipments may vary from the price above

 

INSTRUCTION FOR WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT FOR NATURAL PERSONS

1. Definitions
1.1. The company is Orient Kontorikaubad AS (registration code 10522366).
1.2. A consumer is a natural person customer who uses the services of the Entrepreneur or buys goods from the Entrepreneur outside of his economic or professional activities.
1.3. A contract concluded using a communication tool is a contract between the Entrepreneur and the Consumer, which is concluded in the Entrepreneur's online customer service and sales environment, and the Entrepreneur and the Consumer are not in the same place at the time of concluding the contract, and the declarations of intent of the contracting parties to conclude the contract, including the Consumer's declaration of intent to assume contractual obligations, are transmitted exclusively through the communication tool with the help of

 

2. Right of withdrawal
2.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded using the Communication Tool (hereinafter the Contract) within 14 days without giving a reason.
2.2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer or a third party named by him, who is not the carrier of the goods, has taken physical possession of the item.
2.2.1. In order to use the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Entrepreneur of his decision to withdraw from the Agreement with an unequivocal written statement, which must be submitted at the Entrepreneur's office or sent by e-mail.

2.4. To withdraw, the consumer can use the withdrawal form (CLICK) attached or made available on the Company's website www.kontorikaubad.ee, but this is not mandatory.
2.5. In order to comply with the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send a notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal to the Entrepreneur before the end of the withdrawal period.

3. No right of withdrawal
3.1. According to the law, the Consumer does not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases, among others:
3.1.1. In the case of contracts, the object of which is the transfer of audio and video recording or computer software in a closed case, if the Consumer has opened the case;
3.1.2. In the case of contracts, the object of which is the delivery of a thing in a closed package, which is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons, and if the package is opened after delivery (for example, headphones, etc.);
3.1.3. In the case of contracts, the object of which is the transfer of such a thing, which is made according to the requirements presented by the consumer or which is clearly adapted to the needs of a particular consumer;
3.1.4. In the case of contracts, the object of which is the transfer of such a thing that deteriorates or becomes obsolete quickly;

 

4. Consequences of withdrawing from the contract
4.1. Upon withdrawal from the Agreement, the Entrepreneur shall return to the Consumer all payments received under the Agreement, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Consumer, which differs from the cheapest conventional delivery method offered by the Entrepreneur) immediately, but no later than 14 days after the day on which the Entrepreneur receives learn about the Consumer's decision to withdraw from the Agreement.
4.2. The Company shall make said refunds using the same payment method that the Consumer used to make the payment, unless the Consumer has given consent to use a different payment method. The consumer will not be charged a service fee or any other cost for such return of payments.
4.3. The consumer must return the item to the Company without delay, but no later than 14 days after the day on which he notified the Company of withdrawal from the Agreement. The item must be returned to Järvevana tee 7B, 10132 Tallinn. The deadline has been met if the Consumer returns the thing that is the subject of the Agreement before the end of the 14-day deadline.

4.4. The Entrepreneur has the right to refuse to make refunds until the Entrepreneur has returned the thing that is the subject of the Agreement or the Consumer has provided the Entrepreneur with evidence that he has returned the thing, depending on which happens earlier.
4.5. In the event that the Consumer wishes to avoid compensation for the decrease in the value of the goods, the thing that is the subject of the Agreement must be returned to the Entrepreneur in the original packaging (may have signs of opening, but not damaged) and in the original completeness (include all the items in the product packaging).
4.6. The direct costs of returning the item must be borne by the Consumer.
4.7. In the case of the deterioration of the item to be returned, the Consumer is responsible for the decrease in value due to the use of the item, if he has used the item in a way other than what is necessary to make sure of the nature, properties and functioning of the item. In order to make sure of the nature, properties and functioning of the thing, the thing may be handled and used only as it is normally allowed to do in the store.

4.8. The Entrepreneur has the right to submit claims due to the decrease in the value of the item to the Consumer no later than one month after returning the item.

 

REFUNDS AND SUBMISSION OF CLAIMS TO LEGAL ENTITIES

The product to be returned must be in its original packaging and unused. AS Orient Kontorikaubad may refuse to take back the goods or packaging if it is damaged. If you want to return the product, please send a notification to info@okt.ee before posting the product, where we ask you to include the following information: name of the customer, invoice number, name of the product to be returned and invoice number. Shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable.

The return of goods that meet the quality requirements is done by written agreement of the parties. The buyer compensates the costs of returning the goods 10 euros.

In the case of purchased goods, the consumer has the right to submit a written claim within two years from the handover of the product to the buyer. The submitted claim will be answered within 15 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.

 

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SELLER FOR NON-CONFORMITY OF GOODS TO NATURAL PERSONS

The Seller is responsible for non-compliance of the Goods with the contract conditions and defects that appear within 2 years from the handing over of the Goods to the natural person Buyer

In the event of defects in the goods, the Buyer must inform the Seller of this within two months of the appearance of the defect at the latest, by submitting a claim to the Seller in a form that allows for a written reproduction. In the claim, the Buyer must state his name and contact details, the date of the claim, the date of the appearance of a defect in the Goods and a description of the defect, the claim submitted to the Seller regarding the defective goods, and refer to or attach to the claim a document certifying the purchase and sale agreement concluded with the Seller regarding the Goods.

If the Goods do not meet the requirements or are defective, the Buyer has the right to require the Seller to repair the Goods or to replace them with Goods that meet the requirements and without defects, and if this is impossible or unreasonable, to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement concluded with respect to the Goods.

The Seller is not responsible for defects in the Goods that have occurred due to the Buyer's fault or if the defect has arisen as a result of improper use of the Goods.

In addition to the Seller's liability, the Goods may also be subject to a sales guarantee given by the manufacturer of the Goods, the more precise content, term, scope, etc. of which are determined in the conditions of the specific sales guarantee given by the manufacturer of the Goods. The Buyer can contact the Seller to obtain information about the existence of a manufacturer's warranty and more detailed conditions for the Product of interest to him by sending an e-mail to info@okt.ee, by calling the phone number 6504 885 or by visiting the sample room of Orient Kontorikaubad AS at Järvevana tee 7b, Tallinn.

The buyer has the right to use all the legal remedies provided by law in case of potential non-compliance of the product with the terms of the contract and to appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating at the Consumer Protection Board, whose competence is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the consumer, the buyer and the seller, which the parties have not been able to resolve by agreement. Review of the complaint by the Consumer Disputes Commission is free of charge for the parties.

 

DISPOSAL OF PROBLEM PRODUCTS

It is possible to return problematic products, empty toner cartridges, batteries, accumulators, small electronic devices, and waste to AS Orient Kontorikaubad at Järvevana tee 7b, Tallinn. All data provided by the buyer to AS Orient Kontorikaubad is used only to fulfill the order and to provide additional information if necessary. AS Orient Kontorikaubad confirms that all data published by the customer to the online store will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases prescribed by law.
