Kalev´s sugar-free classic biscuit is well suited for making desserts or as a sweet treat with tea and coffee. The sugar substitute used is naturally occurring sugar alcohol, maltitol, which does not have an unpleasant aftertaste like some sugar substitutes. The basic recipe for the sugar-free biscuit is the recipe for Kalev´s most popular, Classic biscuit. Wheat flour, sweetener (maltitol) 19%, vegetable fats (rapeseed oil, fully hydrogenated rapeseed oil, coconut oil), egg powder, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate), salt, emulsifiers (lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), flavors, food coloring (carotenes). Preservative-free. May contain small amounts of hazelnuts and dairy products. Excessive consumption may cause diarrhea.
