The Putki lamp was originally designed and manufactured by a team led by designer Matti Klenelli, which also included Iittala for the reopening of the Swedish National Museum in Stockholm. Massive glass lamps were placed in the windows of the museum´s restaurant. Iittala scaled the Putki lamp for a new collection designed by Matti Klenelli, featuring a large mouth-blown glass lantern in three complementary colors. The transparent glass shade of the tube lamp was hand-blown at the Iittala glass factory in Finland. The impressive size and clean design add simple sophistication to any interior, while the warm glow of the Putki lamp creates harmony. Powder-coated steel/terracotta legs.
